We have 3 drill rigs ranging from Schramm T450 to a Schramm T64. This Schramm is a heavy duty rig that will go through all your tough bedrock and anything else that is between you and your water. Our Schramm T450 is a heavy duty smaller truck able to get to places that other large rigs cannot, and still capable of finding your water. Our Well Drilling Rigs D25k Drill Tech The D25K is a truck-mounted, top-drive water well drill. It has a powerful deck engine and high pressure air compressor for heavy duty down-the-hole drilling. Pullback is up to 30000 lb. The D25K can carry up to 500’ for drill pipe on board. The drill table has a 20” opening for large casing. The D25K is ideal for the contractor working in areas with hard rock formations like granite and requiring maximum productivity in the most rugged design. An optional mud pump adds the flexibility to mud rotary drill. It is also equipped with Atlas R2000 Hydraulic casing Hammer and Cyclone for Drilling of sampling unconsolidated formations.
The Schramm T450M Roradrill is a compact, maneuverable,
truck mounted drill rig. Rugged, lightweight construction makes this drill rig road
legal virtually everywhere. A deck-mounted diesel engine assures reliable power
for all hydraulic, mud and air systems. Separate drill rig sub frame design
permits stable mounting on standard trucks as well as on various other trucks
and special purpose vehicles of other manufacture. Rugged top head drive
rotation and efficient pipe handling mean high productivity on the job site and
more time spent drilling. All functions are driven hydraulically from the deck
engine permitting a variety of mud pump, air and accessory system combination.
Schramm T64 truck is mounted with Rotadrills which are
designed and built to handle your most demanding drilling requirements... from 2
7/8 inch, 20 psi drill bit operation to 9 inch, 250 psi quick penetration bottom
hole tool operation. The T64 features total hydraulic power operation, including
variable speed top head drive rotation. The compressed air supply is utilized
entirely for drilling: supplying air for continuous chip removal and pneumatic
power for percussion tool operation.
